Blown Film Extruder Monolayer/Multi Layer

Blown Film Extruder Monolayer / Multi-Layer systems are advanced plastic processing machines designed to manufacture high-quality plastic films used in packaging, agriculture, industrial wrapping, and consumer applications. These extruders produce films with excellent strength, uniform thickness, clarity, and flexibility using materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and biodegradable polymers.

In monolayer blown film extrusion, a single extruder melts and plasticizes the raw material, which is then formed into a thin tubular film through a precision die. In multi-layer blown film extrusion, two or more extruders feed a co-extrusion die to create films with multiple layers, each providing specific properties such as strength, barrier protection, heat sealability, or UV resistance. The molten film bubble is cooled using an efficient air-cooling system, collapsed through nip rollers, and wound into rolls with uniform tension.

These blown film extruders are built with heavy-duty frames, high-efficiency screws and barrels, and energy-saving drive systems to ensure stable output and long operational life. Advanced PLC-based control panels allow precise control over temperature, pressure, air flow, and line speed, resulting in consistent film quality and reduced material wastage.
